THIS PAST WEEK in Passive Complicity

And yes it was a week of introductions for we, at great cost, were able to bring you the first of many writings of the renown social commentator and spy Ms Elizabeth Peter. She presented us with a wonderful description of the doings of her feline family, Mick, Mick, and Seamus and Passionate Mick. We hope that the sale of film rights will defray some of the cost of bringing these important stories to you.
Friday saw the return of Tarquin O’Flaherty with the next instalment in the saga of Man as Machine. He began by suggesting:
“Should you be seized with the desire to abandon urban hedonism in favour of the bucolic form, I would commend to you William Cobbett’s ‘Cottage Economy’.
Saturday’s MDFF brought the second half of
“…and there’ll be NO dancing” .
